Meet Adam...

15 year PGA Teaching Professional

Hey I'm Adam — born and raised in Sydney I played most my junior golf at the Kogarah Golf Club.

I didn't create this coaching experience or the Grounded Performance Protocol from theory.

I created it because I once felt the exact same way many of you feel on the golf course right now.

Whether it be 1st tee nerves, the fear of a 3-foot putt to save par or the anxiety of playing in front of others.

Over 10 years I've coached over 300 golfers and taught at the world renowned Banff Springs Golf Club and Millbrook Resort Golf Course.

During my time I noticed something no one talks about.

The players struggling under pressure weren't the ones with the worst swings.

They were the ones whose nervous system took over the moment the shot meant something.
